Charged
— Jeremy A. Church, 43, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.
— Jeffrey Scott Crowe, 56, was charged Friday with buying or possession drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense).
— Nicholas Ray Helmburg, 35, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence).
— Heather Johnson, no age given, was charged Sunday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.
— Derrick Morton, 57, was charged Friday with operating on a suspended or revoked license.
— Cody Reed, 27, was charged Saturday with operating a vehicle under the influence, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container, improper registration plate and failure to maintain insurance.
— James Thomas White, 42, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first-offense, heroin).

— At 12:24 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 229 E. Broadway St. concerning an assault.
— At 9 a.m. Friday, officers responded to the area of Broadway Street and Taylor Avenue concerning a pedestrian hit by a car.
— At 1:22 p.m. Friday, officers responded to Lincoln Street concerning someone going through trash and throwing it into the street.
— At 9:56 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 1025 Early Drive concerning an overdose.
— At 10:12 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 4 Sycamore St. concerning stolen money and medication.
— At 10:55 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area of Bypass Road and Redwing Drive concerning a possible DUI.
— At 1:53 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft.
— At 4:46 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the area of Lexington Avenue and Westside Drive concerning someone walking into traffic.
— At 5:12 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 350 Edgemont Drive concerning a stolen ring.
— At 7:04 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 720 Boone Ave. concerning a theft.
— At 9:44 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 850 Bypass Road concerning a subject attempting to fight several people at the location. The suspect was outside yelling, screaming and attempting to kick in doors.
— At 8:58 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1025 Early Drive concerning items taken from a vehicle.
— At 1:18 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to 1330 Fulton Road concerning someone attempting to break into the vacuum machines.
— At 1:41 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to Lakeview Drive concerning someone going through the caller’s truck. The caller said all that was taken was change.
— At 11:39 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to 722 Colby Road concerning someone breaking into the barn at the walking trail.
— At 12:21 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to the area of Fulton and Oxford concerning several toddler-aged children found unattended.
— At 8:02 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 129 Holly Ave. concerning someone throwing a tire through the caller’s front door.

Charged
— David Walters, 59, of Mount Sterling, was charged Friday with no registration plates and no insurance.
— Dorian Manning, 23, of Winchester, was charged Saturday with speeding.
— Scottie Collett, 40, of Irvine, was charged Saturday for a bad tail light and driving on a suspended license.
— Joshua McBride, 32, of Winchester, was charged Sunday with speeding.
— Mitchell Chapman, 44, of Winchester, was charged Sunday with expired tags, driving without an operator’s license and no insurance.
Reports
— At 2:04 p.m. Sunday deputies responded to Dollar General at 1220 Irvine Road concerning shoplifting. According to the store manager, a female customer entered the store and filled her purse full of $50 worth of laundry detergent and tried to leave without paying. The manager and another employee followed the customer to the parking lot and asked her to come inside and pay. At that time, the woman slapped the employee in the face and jumped into a vehicle that sped away from the store. The suspect has not been identified.
— At 4:23 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to Constitution Drive concerning a theft of items valued at about $2,700 from a home.
— At 1:41 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to Mimosa Drive concerning a GPS system stolen from a vehicle.

— At 4:27 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a structure fire on Pine Ridge Road.
— At 2:19 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Goshen Road.
— At 1:16 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to fall victim on Vienna Road.
— At 1:31 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Sugar Ridge Road.
— At 5:49 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a fall victim on Shalamar Rue.
— At 8:37 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at Colby Road and Basin Springs.
