CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Shawn A. Withers, 32, of Riverview, Florida, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence.
— Mark D. Gaylord, 52, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct, menacing, resisting arrest and driving under the influence.
— Justin T. Turley, 29, of Winchester, was charged Sunday with speeding and driving under the influence.
— Judy Hollon, 51, of 122 E. Lexington Ave., was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication, resisting arrest, fourth-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Reports
— At 12:44 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 5111 Rockwell Road after someone broke into a residence and took a rifle and an air conditioner.
— At 9:30 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 505 Old Log Lick Road for a domestic disturbance. Mark Gaylord and Judy Hollon were arrested on multiple charges.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 39 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one stroke, one seizure and one overdose.
— At 12:38 p.m. Saturday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 1 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.
— At 2:23 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St. It was a false alarm.
— At 2:34 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 319 N. Main St.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:02 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wills Rupard Road.
— At 7:52 p.m. Friday, firefighters reported to a report of smoke near Mount Vernon Drive.
— At 1:34 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Vienna Road.
— At 12:39 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 1 mile marler on the Mountain Parkway.

— Tiffany R. Smith, 33, was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Marcus Wilson Bullard, 48, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
— Gerard Michael Kenny, 40, was charged Sunday with disregarding a stop sign, instructional permit violations and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Danny Lesane, 45, was charged Saturday with first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
— Barbara Juanita Rowland, 54, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
— Juan Carlos Velasco, 27, was charged Sunday with fourth-degree assault.

— At 3:58 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a violation of a domestic violation order and destruction of property.
— At 5:54 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 208 E. Hickman St. concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.
— At 9:58 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 363 Camden Drive for a domestic disturbance.
— At 12:31 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1100 Interstate Drive for a possible kidnapping. Marcus Bullard and Danny Lesane were arrested.
— At 11:04 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 410 Market St. concerning an assault.
