— Alessandro M. English, driving under the influence (fourth offense), rear license not illuminated, no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, failure to produce insurance, no or expired registration receipt, no tail lamps, waived to grand jury.

— James R. Griffeth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, waived indictment, transfer to circuit court.

— Rebecca J. Groves, third-degree burglary, amended to attempt, pleaded guilty, 360 day jail or rehab.

— Shammah Israel, failure to signal, driving on an expired operator’s license, resisting arrest, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, preliminary hearing, probable cause found, sent to grand jury.
