The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court Oct. 17, 2019, with Judge Brandy Oliver Brown presiding.
— Krystal S. Marten, receiving stolen property, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years with long term treatment; theft of motor vehicle registration plate or decal, dismissed.
— Austin Moore, first-degree criminal abuse, amended to first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, diverted for three years; violation of conditions of release, dismissed; sentencing Nov. 14.
— Vincent Gray, possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, sentenced to five years; distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, sentenced to five years concurrent.
— Melissa L. Finney, public intoxication, sentenced to 30 days, probated for three years; resisting arrest, sentenced to 30 days, probated for three years; third-degree assault, sentenced to one year, probated for three years; third-degree assault, dismissed; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.
— Jeffrey Lewis Plunk, first-degree sexual abuse, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year.
— Jon Corey Patton, speeding, dismissed; trafficking in marijuana, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, diverted for two years; possession of marijuana, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 60 days concurrent, diverted for two years; failure to maintain insurance, dismissed.
— Michael Gibson, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years, probated for three years with long-term treatment.
— James R. Griffeth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for three years.
— Kristina D. Alcorn, first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years with drug court.
— Christopher West, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, pleaded guilty, sentenced to two years, probated for three years with long-term treatment and restitution.
