— Stephon L. Sherrell, second-degree burglary, sentenced to five years; giving an officer false identifying information, sentenced to 30 days concurrent; assault under extreme emotional disturbance, sentenced to five years concurrent.

— Heather Nicole Cunningham, assault under extreme emotional disturbance, sentenced to five years.

— Jacob A. Hornback, assault under extreme emotional disturbance, sentenced to five years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Rodney Butler, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to three years, probated for two years.

— Lloyd Thomas Shackelford, first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to one year, probated for three years.

— Nancy Burtis, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), sentenced to one year consecutive, probated with long-term treatment.

— Matthew F. Yarbrough, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentencing Nov. 7.

— Justin B. Lockard, probation violation, sentenced to five years concurrent.
