Charged

— Nicholas Adam Grimm, 28, was charged Tuesday with third-degree terroristic threatening.

— Sarah Stansfield, 37, was charged Tuesday with non-support.

— David Wayne Stephens, 44, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and was served a warrant from another agency.

— Alexander Ryan Rose, 24, was charged Tuesday with no or expired registration plates, failure of non-owner operator to maintain insurance, license to be in possession and failure to notify address change.

— At 1:09 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 1 Second St. concerning an assault.

— At 9:37 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report of a stolen ID card.

— At 10:01 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 204 Jackson St. concerning a stolen moped.

— At 12:13 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 10 Memorial Park concerning a stolen TV.

— At 4:42 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report of someone receiving a fake $2,000 cashier check.

— At 5:12 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 250 Oxford Drive concerning an assault on an 8 year old.

— At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the area of Boone Avenue and Wall Street concerning a needle found on the ground.

— At 6 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 71 Clay St. concerning a squatter putting up a tent on the property.

— At 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 2 Shoppers Drive concerning a counterfeit $100 bill.

— At 7:53 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 1198 Fulton Drive concerning a fight in progress.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to 18 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to East Broadway and Hopkins Alley concerning an electrical pole on fire. Kentucky Utilities also responded.

— At 4:53 p.m. Tuesday, emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Irvine Road and Old Ruckerville Road.
