WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two diabetic cases, two seizures and one obstetric case.
— At 9:18 p.m. Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 102 mile marker in Interstate 64.

Charged
— Jordan A. Akers, 22, was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from another state.
— Latasha Leanne Conner, 28, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and was served a warrant.
— Stefanee Katrina Kelley, 34, was charged Wednesday with careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended operator’s license, second-degree promoting contraband and was served a warrant.
— Jerry Allen Thompson, 46, was charged Wednesday with being a fugitive from another state.

— At 7:57 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 305 W. Hickman St. concerning a theft of tools and metal from a porch.
— At 10:08 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning harassing communications.
— At 12:26 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning fraudulent unemployment benefits.
— At 3:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft.
— At 4:51 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 329 Belmont Ave. concerning juveniles throwing bricks at a vacant house.
— At 6:12 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning an assault.
— At 7:12 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a domestic disturbance and theft.

— At 12:07 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wades Mill Road.
— At 9:19 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 102 mile marker on Interstate 64.
