CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Jordan Fletcher, 22, of Mount Sterling, was charged Friday with driving under the influence, rear license not illuminated and failure to wear seat belt.

— Jean Iruhiriye, 24, of Lexington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, failure to yield right of way, second-degree wanton endangerment and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

— Myles Brown, 25, of Richmond, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, speeding and reckless driving.

— Joshua Saylor, 32, of 1987 Muddy Creek Road, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, no insurance, failure to wear seat belt, third-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), prescription controlled substance not in proper container, promoting contraband and trafficking in a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 6:02 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 210 Sewell Shop Road concerning a person stealing hemp.

— At 5:47 p.m. Sunday, deputies took a report concerning a recovered wallet.

— At 2:20 a.m. Saturday deputies were called to 1486 Stoner Ephesus Road concerning an accidental shooting.

— At 8:31 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 3539 Trapp Goffs Corner Road after someone broke into a residence and took firearms and coins.

— At 3:39 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 1280 Irvine Road after someone broke into a building and took a number of items.

Accidents

— At 3:14 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to an injury accident on McClure Road in which Charles E. Abney of 280 Calmes Blvd. was traveling east when he host control of his vehicle in a curve on a wet road. The vehicle went off the road and stopped against an embankment. A passenger Juanita C. Abney was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with back pain.

— At 3:42 p.m. Friday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Laura Grimes of Lexington said she was traveling west when she swerved to avoid an animal. Her vehicle slid off the road and struck a tree. It then overturned and slid across the road before coming to rest. Grimes and two passengers, Cesile Collins and Thadaeus Edwards, were all transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 41 general medical calls, five cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, two seizures and three overdoses.

— At 4:23 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 9:35 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at McClure Road and McDowell Drive.

— At 10:57 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a dryer fire at 213 Lindsey Court.

— At 3:42 p.m. Friday, emergency personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident at Colby and Combs Ferry roads.

— At 4:27 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington and Maryland avenues.

— At 12:53 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 21 N. Main St. It was a false alarm,

— At 12:06 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 120 Hampton Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 12:53 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:02 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 360 Mount Sterling Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:14 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 695 N. Main St. It was a false alarm.

Charged

— Christopher James Bullock, 24, was charged Saturday with carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— Shammah Jamel Israel, 38, was charged Saturday with failure to signal, driving on an expired operator’s license, resisting arrest, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and driving under the influence.

— Miki Nicole Woestman, 27, was charged Friday with driving under the influence.

— At 12:10 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 1213 Dale Drive for a terroristic threatening complaint.

— At 11:56 a.m. Friday, officers were called to the 95 mile marker on Interstate 64 concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 1:57 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 418 Willowbrook Road concerning a threatening note in a mailbox.

— At 2:12 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats on social media.

— At 1:27 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 44 Lincoln St. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 1:45 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 137 E. Broadway St. concerning a person swinging a baseball bat at people. Christopher James Bullock was arrested for carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

— At 1:58 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 47 Flanagan St. concerning a theft.

— At 9:06 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1425 Westwood Drive concerning a person making threats. Shammah Israel was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 9:47 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 501 N. Main St. concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 10:10 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning an emergency protection order.

— At 1:21 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 101 Georgia St. concerning a child bitten by a dog.

— At 6:57 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 50 N. Main St. for a harassment complaint.

— At 7:11 p.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a harassment complaint.

— At 8:35 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 11:06 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 17 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen dog.

— At 5:22 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 126 Cook Ave. concerning an assault.

Accidents

— At 8:47 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to an injury accident on North Maple Street in which Nadasia Blanton of Louisville said she was turning left onto Washington Street and believed she had a green light. Another vehicle, driven by Erin Ashley of 216 Inverness Lane, was traveling north. The two vehicles collided. Ashley was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 9:36 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at McClure Road and McDowell Drive.

— At 11:43 a.m. Friday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Colby and Combs Ferry roads.

— At 11:54 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 108 Hibiscus Lane for a smell of gas.

— At 1 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Shanahan Lane.

— At 1:05 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 2540 Kiddville Road for a smell of gas. A second alarm was sounded at 1:44 p.m.

— At 3:34 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 4274 Colby Road.

— At 5:44 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to 930 Gregory Lane for an illegal burn.

— At 7:57 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to a report of smoke near the 9 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

— At 12:09 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a smell of smoke near 217 Cook Ave.

— At 12:16 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 360 Mount Sterling Road.

— At 1:38 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Primrose Lane.

— At 3:17 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at McClure Road and McDowell Drive.

— At 3:40 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a brush fire at 190 Right Angle Road.
