Hundreds attended the inaugural Hemp Harvest Festival Saturday on Main Street. The new end-of-the-summer festival was developed over the past year, according to organizers, to celebrate the past, present and future of hemp in Clark County. The festival began with a fundraising dinner Friday for the Bluegrass Heritage Museum, and included a variety of vendors and educational opportunities Saturday in downtown Winchester.
