CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
— At 10 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to 5400 Revilo Road concerning a brown leather wallet found in the bathroom. The wallet contained $3 and no ID.
— At 8:07 p.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to Hibiscus Lane conquering unauthorized use of a vehicle.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Tammy R. Mason, 48, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.
— Monica Milton, 48, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.
— Srenna Owen, 51, was charged Tuesday with failure to or improper signal, careless driving, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and second-degree wanton endangerment.
— Dawn M. Turner, 46, was charged Tuesday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.
— Anthony Hanley, 40, was charged Wednesday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, driving with an expired license, no or expired registration plates and license to be in possession.
— Inmer Alexis Mejia Lazo, 26, was charged Wednesday with driving without a license.
— Barbara Moore, 50, was charged Wednesday with shoplifting under $500.
— Kerry Parker, 36, was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense).

— At 11 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report of someone opening an account in another person’s name without permission.
— At 2:59 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 145 Alabama St. concerning a stolen van.
— At 5:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 30 Wheeler Ave. concerning a possible DUI.
— At 6:53 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 25 Wainscott Ave. concerning a stolen wedding ring.
— At 7:13 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a shoplifter.
— At 7:41 p.m. Tuesday, officers responded to 8 Winchester Plaza concerning stolen vacuum cleaner.
— At 2:34 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 203 DuBuy Drive concerning a dog barking for 30 minutes. According to the police report, the “dog and opossum were engaged in a verbal disagreement. Opossum detained and released with a verbal warning for criminal trespassing.”
— At 2:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 720 Boone Ave. concerning someone stealing merchandise off display racks at the front of the store.
— At 3:27 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 1113-1117 Lexington Ave. concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 4:23 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 951 Bypass Road concerning a possible DUI.
— At 4:43 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of cash and medication stolen from a vehicle while parked at J&B Market.
— At 7:01 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 723 Crockett Court concerning a stolen cell phone.

— On Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two diabetic cases and one stroke.
— At 6:49 p.m. Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident at the intersection of Bypass and Fulton roads.
— At 10:53 a.m. Wednesday, emergency personnel responded to a vehicle accident on Muddy Creek Road.
