CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Alessandra English, 42, of 134 Holly Ave., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, rear license plate not illuminated, no proof of insurance, no insurance, no registration plate, possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, no tail lamps and no registration receipt.

— Alex Ramirez, 29, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and being a fugitive from justice.

— Jonathan Turner, 37, of 129 Summerhill Way, was charged Saturday with unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

— Dylan Bowling, 21, of 362 S. Main St., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 12:16 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 40 Watts Road after someone broke into a van and took several power tools.

— At 5:32 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 2855 Ford Hampton Road after someone took a generator and other tools.

— At 3:57 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 1109 Wills Rupard Road concerning a theft of a vehicle title.

— At 10:31 a.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 3770 Combs Ferry Road after someone removed several items from the residence.

Accidents

— At 2:38 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Colby Road in which Jerry W. Abney of 273 Stephenson Drive was traveling east when another vehicle almost ran him off the road. Abney’s vehicle went off the road and struck a utility pole. He was transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, five cardiac cases and one respiratory case.

— At 2:38 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle at Colby Road and The Ridings.

— At 8:04 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 255 S. Highland St. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:36 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Colby Road and The Ridings.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Timothy Wayne McIntosh, 20, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 1:18 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 101 N. Highland St. concerning the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

— At 4:41 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 1 Linden Lane after someone broke into a vehicle.

— At 4:40 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 206 Aubrey Lane concerning a person making threats to harm the caller.

— At 6:54 p.m. Monday, officers were called to the 95 mile marker of Interstate 64 concerning two people riding bicycles west in the eastbound lanes. Gale Marie Estes and Mark Allen Tays were arrested and charged with second-degree criminal trespassing.

— At 10:42 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a domestic disturbance.
