CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— At 6:05 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 202 Yorktowne Drive after the caller’s truck was vandalized.
— At 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to Infiltrator Systems, 5555 Rockwell Road, after someone broke into the building and took tools and a piece of metal.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, one seizure and one overdose.
— At 4:48 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington and Burns avenues.
— At 4:54 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple Street and Rolling Hills Lane.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 1:01 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to Stuff Recycling, 6169 Lexington Road, for an investigation.
— At 2:27 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an incident involving a train on Two Mile Road.
— At 4:59 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Judy Pike.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Joseph Ray Bexley, 41, was charged Thursday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Anthony Rios, 23, was charged Thursday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
Reports
— At 8:55 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a theft of money.
— At 11:50 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to Speedway, 1480 W. Lexington Ave., concerning an employee theft.
— At 1:06 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a forged check.
— At 4:14 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning an assault.
