Q: Did you set any personal goals before the season? F: To push myself to be the best I could be my senior year and to work harder so that I can shoot my personal best.

Q: Do you have any athletes you try to model your game after? F: An athlete that I try to model my game after is Lexi Thompson because she approaches the game using her athletic skill and I try to do that as well.

Q: What’s your favorite memory playing golf? F: My sister and I were both on the varsity team and we both played regions together when I was in the seventh grade and she was a senior. This is my favorite memory because my sister is someone I look up to a lot and is the reason I started playing golf on the high school team so getting to play with her was very special to me.

Q: Who has had the most influence on your golf career? F: My dad has most definitely had the most influence on my golf career. He is the person that taught me how to play and I am lucky enough to have had him as my high school golf coach the last three years.

Q: Did you set any team goals before the season? F: Some team goals I had before the season started were that we all come together to play to the best of our ability, keep our heads up and have good attitudes even if we get frustrated at times, and most importantly, to have fun. This year our team is losing three seniors, myself included, and these final moments that we have left of our season are the most important. I have been on the George Rogers Clark High School golf team for six years and my time is coming to an end. The memories I have made with this team are something I will forever cherish and never forget.
