CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Lantz Russell Coons, 32, of Stamping Ground, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary (two counts) and possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 44 Hillcrest Drive after someone knocked over a mailbox.

— At 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 1625 Cabin Creek Road concerning a neighbor target shooting near the caller’s property.

— At 12:47 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to 5763 Muddy Creek Road after someone broke into a residence and rummaged through the contents.

Accidents

— At 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Boonesboro Road in which Staci Carmack of Berea was traveling north when she looked down inside her vehicle. When she looked up, she saw another vehicle stopped in traffic and could not stop in time. The other vehicle was driven by Lisa D. Knipp of Olive Hill. Knipp was complaining of back pain at the scene.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to six general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases, two seizures and one obstetric case.

— At 12:02 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Lexington Avenue and Bloomfield Road.

— At 7:47 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 960 Interstate Drive. It was a false alarm.

— At 8:18 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1100 Enterprise Drive. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:06 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Miller Hunt Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Dylan S. Bordas, 20, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and third-degree criminal trespassing.

— Henry E. Curtis, 53, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— Jeremy E. Dickens, 31, was charged Tuesday with non-support.

— Edward Knotts, 62, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication and third-degree sexual abuse.

— Leann P. O’Neill, no age given, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 2:49 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 14 Willow Drive for an identity theft complaint.

— At 10:43 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen debit card.

— At 1:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 108 S. Main St. concerning a person making threats.

— At 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1113 Pioneer Drive for a terroristic threatening complaint.

— At 5:03 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Rural King, 951 Bypass Road, for a theft complaint. Henry E. Curtis was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 5:04 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen package.

— At 8:31 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 17 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 9:21 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Colby Road and Harkins Drive concerning a stolen trailer.

— At 10:27 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a person who stole candy bars and was sitting on the corner behind the store. Dylan S. Bordas was arrested on multiple charges.
