CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 3:12 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Infiltrator Systems, 5555 Rockwell Road, after someone broke into the building and took 10 rolls of copper wire.

— At 4:21 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to Atalo Holdings, 5855 Rockwell Road, after someone broke into the building and took several items.

— At 5:42 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Red River Road concerning a wrecked all-terrain vehicle which was left in the middle of the road.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 12:51 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Fulton Road.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, two seizures, one stroke and one obstetric case.

— At 4:53 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 200 Maryland Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 7:06 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to Main and Sycamore streets after a vehicle struck a house.

— At 7:14 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a mulch fire at 49 Lincoln St.

— At 9:06 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Main St. The alarm was set off when a cat pulled the cord. It was a false alarm.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Zaire Dudley, 25, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— Morgan Ashley Palmerton, 20, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

— Martin Pascual, 32, was charged Monday with driving under the influence and no operator’s license.

Reports

— At 12:58 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 67 Wall St. concerning an assault.

— At 8:34 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 3100 Corporate Drive concerning a theft of 3,000 feet of copper wire.

— At 1:27 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1330 Fulton Road concerning a theft.

— At 1:35 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft of property.

— At 2:53 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, for a domestic disturbance involving two people arguing over a wallet.

— At 5:26 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wheelchair.

— At 8:46 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 237 Mutual Ave. concerning a person causing problems. Zaire Dudley was arrested for first-degree criminal trespassing.

— At 11:22 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. for a fight in progress.

Accidents

— At 7:06 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a possible injury accident at 621 N. Main St. after a vehicle struck a house and a parked pickup truck. Pascual’s vehicle sideswiped the truck and went off the road before hitting the front porch of the house. The vehicle removed two pillars supporting the porch. No injuries were reported. Pascual was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and no operator’s license.
