CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Tina C. Perry, 35, was charged Saturday with failure to illuminate headlights, reckless driving, speeding and driving under the influence.
— Marta Calleja-Mallo, 47, of Lexington, was charged Sunday with reckless driving, failure to produce insurance card and driving under the influence.
— Elijah M. Mancini, 20, of Lexington, was charged Monday with speeding and possession of marijuana.
Reports
— At 11:42 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to the eastbound rest area on Interstate 64 after suspected narcotics were found.
— At 1:33 p.m. Saturday, deputies were called to 11241 Irvine Road concerning an unauthorized bank withdrawal.
— At 3:17 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 5763 Muddy Creek Road for a property damage complaint.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 42 general medical calls, 11 cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, two seizure s and one overdose.
— At 7:02 a.m. Friday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 102 mile marker on Interstate 64.
— At 12:43 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple Street and Linden Lane.
— At 2:18 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a mulch fire at Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road.
— At 3:03 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 675 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:08 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to Old Boonesboro Road for an investigation.
— At 1:08 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 2150 Cole Road for an investigation.
— At 6:41 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.
— At 3:40 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Ecton Road.
— At 8:56 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mimosa Drive.
— At 1:32 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Combs Ferry Road.
— At 1:48 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mina Station Road.
— At 10:30 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Chardonnay Court.
— At 2:30 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Combs Ferry Road.

Charged
— Naomi R. Cole, 44, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Larry James Matthew Fugate, 21, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking.
— Kenneth Ringo, 62, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.
— Gregory A. Shanks, 41, was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 6:15 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 273 Shoppers Drive after a window was broken on a truck.
— At 8:59 a.m. Friday, officers were called to 17 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of multiple items from 27 E. Washington St. Apt. 24.
— At 3:33 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning an online scam.
— At 5:50 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning the theft of two laptop computers and a charger from a vehicle.
— At 6:57 p.m. Friday, officers took a report concerning a stolen phone.
— At 4:50 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 5 Oak St. after a man in a Darth Vader mask pointed a gun at the caller and had tied her sister up with tape.
— At 7:21 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 441 Chaucer Court concerning an attempted break-in.
— At 8:50 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. concerning a theft of lottery tickets.
— At 3:51 p.m. Saturday, officers wer called to 125 Winchester Plaza concerning a recovered bank card.
— At 4:27 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to Bypass Road and Pedro Way concerning a theft of beer from Walmart. Gregory A. Shanks was arrested and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— At 11:07 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 12 Woodland Drive concerning a stolen bicycle.
— At 3:22 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 31 E. Washington St. concerning a theft.
Accidents
— At 12:42 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on North Maple Street in which Charles E. Barker of 1 Oak St. said he attempted to cross North Maple on Linden Lane on front of an oncoming truck and another vehicle, but was struck by the second vehicle. The driver of the other car, Cynthia J. Carr of 19 Magnolia St., said she used her brakes and horn but could not avoid the collision. Carr was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with an injury to one arm and abdominal pain.
