A Delaney Manning assist to Shelby Vaughn tied the game with six minutes left before halftime, and Manning dropped in a goal of her own just three minutes later to give the Cards their first lead.

Coming out of the break, the Cards picked up where they left off.

Manning scored quickly coming off an assist from Ciana Araya.

Allie Bush played a ball to Manning that found the net, giving Manning her sixth hat trick of the season and second in as many games.

A Thoroughbred goal cut GRC’s lead to 4-3 with 27 minutes to play.

Bush found the net herself on an assist from Nicole Davis to push the lead back to two, but NCC found the net again just three minutes later.

Davis picked up another assist with 10 minutes to play, this time to Araya, to give the Cards a 6-4 lead that they would hold the rest of the game.

The Lady Cardinals are back in action tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the new soccer complex where they will take on Paris.
