WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Shannon Buckler, 35, was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine) and tampering with physical evidence.

Reports

— At 9:01 a.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an assault.

— At 11:47 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 21 Franklin Ave. concerning a theft from a bank account.

— At 1:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report after someone signed up for service at Kentucky Utilities using the caller’s name.

— At 3:38 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report for a vandalism complaint.

— At 7:54 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 102 Park Ave. for a theft of clothes.

— At 1:37 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report of two fake $50 bills being used at Dollar Tree.

— At 2:53 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 1 Shoppers Drive concerning possible drug activity.

— At 6:04 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 125 S. Highland St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 11:10 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to 113 Old Bottom Road concerning someone banging doors and windows.

Accidents

— At 5:02 p.m. Monday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which a vehicle driven by McKenzie Branham of 111 Colonial Park Drive was turning left onto Carol Road. Branham said one driver waved her through, but was struck by a vehicle in the other lane, driven by Steven T. Goff of 3232 Old Ruckerville Road. Goff and Branham’s passenger Jayden Moore were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

Reports

— At 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to 574 Little Stoner Road concerning an Amazon driver who was bitten by a dog.
