CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Andrea Bullock, 54, of 612 Willow Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the infuece, reckless driving, no seat belt ,expired registration plate, no insurance, no insurance card and possession of open container of alcohol in motor vehicle.

— Nathan Brank 49, of 28 Buckner St., was charged Thursday with speeding, first-degree fleeing or evading police, driving under the influence, reckless driving, first-degree wanton endangerment, faiure to wear seat belt, resisting arrest, disregarding a stop sign, disregarding a traffic control device, no insurance, no registration receipt and was served a warrant.

Reports

— At 11:15 p.m. Thursday, deputies attempted to stop a reckless driver which led to a high-speed pursuit. Nathan Brank was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 8 .m. Thursday, deputies were called to 228 Robyn Drive after two vehicles were vandalized.

— At 12:12 p.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 518 E. Broadway St. concerning a theft of quilts, jewelry and a riding lawn mower.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and two seizures.

— At 5:16 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Rolling Hills Lane and Enterprise Drive.

— At 11:24 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1465 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:28 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Goosey Road.

— At 11:28 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm sounding on Stratton Lane.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Crystal Lynn Brophy, 33, was charged Thursday with theft by unlawful taking.

— Austin K. Fuller, 26, was charged Thursday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, possession of marijuana and too many passengers in vehicle front seat.

— Jennifer Nicole Kemp, 28, was charged Thursday as a fugitive from another state.

Reports

— At 6:26 a.m. Thursday, officers were called top 220 Oxford Drive after someone broke into two apartments.

— At 8:59 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 506 N. Main St. for a property damage complaint involving a cut brake line on a vehicle.

— At 4:05 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 27 W. Broadway St. concerning a theft. Crystal Lynn Brophy was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.

— At 4:55 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report for an emergency protection order.

Accidents

— At 9 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to an injury accident on Rolling Hills Lane in which a vehicle driven by Lee P. Ramsey of Bowling Green was turning left from Enterprise Drive and pulled out, and collided with an oncoming car, driven by Brenda K. Sears of 1233 Dale Drive. Sears was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
