CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Kenneth Martin, 30, of 14 Hiawatha Trail, was charged Thursday with third-degree burglary.

Reports

— At 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to the Corner Cupboard, 12435 Iron Works Road, concerning a vehicle with an expired license plate from another vehicle. The driver fled the scene and eluded deputies.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, one cardiac case and one diabetic case.

— At 1:54 p.m. Thursday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 5 mile marker on the Mountain Parkway.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 1:55 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on the Mountain Parkway near the 5 mile marker.

— At 4:38 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Athens Boonesboro Road.

— At 9:16 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 200 Rose Mary Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Norma Sue Baker, 29, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal trespassing.

Reports

— At 3:32 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 225 Oxford Drive for a noise complaint.

— At 10:12 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 125 Magnolia St. after a camper, pool and building were damaged.

— At 12:55 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 1:16 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a stolen guitar.

— At 4:09 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 145 Magnolia St. after tires were damaged on a vehicle.

— At 9:47 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1 Carol Road concerning a counterfeit $800 bill.
