WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Shannon Buckler, 35, was charged Monday with public intoxication of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500.

— Matthew Campbell, 37, was charged Monday with public intoxication of a controlled substance, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, first offense).

— Ernest Lee Christopher, 46, was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespassing and first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense).

— Rose Crim, 22, was charged Monday with theft of identity of a another and failure to appear.

— Daniel Teague, 47, was charged Monday with violation of a city ordinance (no through traffic).

— Michael Trent, 21, was charged Monday with operating on a suspended or revoked license, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense, methamphetamine).

— Stephanie Nichole Walker, 36, was charged Monday with buying or possessing drug paraphernalia and public intoxication of a controlled substance.

Reports

— At 12:25 a.m. Monday officers responded to 22 Second St. concerning a dispute over paying for a pizza delivery.

— At 8:11 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 150 Magnolia St. concerning a theft. The caller said her neighbors had taken her belongings, including rings and a vacuum.

— At 8:39 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 222 W. Hickman St. concerning someone stealing the top row of a retaining wall.

— At 11:08 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 1221 Bypass Road concerning a dog locked in a hot car.

— At 12:55 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 34 Spring St. concerning someone being attacked by a dog. The victim was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries. The dog’s owner was advised to keep the dog inside or on a leash in view for 10 days.

— At 3:43 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 1215 W. Lexington Ave. concerning shoplifting.

— At 6:46 p.m. Monday, officers responded to 250 Oxford Drive concerning an assault.

— At 7:15 p.m. Monday officers responded to 225 Oxford Drive concerning a noise complaint.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, emergency personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, three cardiac cases and one seizure.

— At 8:37 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 43 Oliver St. concerning a gas line hit by Winchester Municipal Utilities. Officers remained on scene until Columbia Gas responded.

— At 7:05 p.m. Monday, officers responded to a vehicle accident at 746 Old Ruckerville Road.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 2:08 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a car fire on Interstate 64.

— At 7:05 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle accident on Old Ruckerville Road.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

— At 7:05 p.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Old Ruckerville Road in which a 1997 Honda Accord driven by Katelyn Williams, 20, of White Circle, entered a curve, dropped off the roadway and collided head-on with a utility pole.
