— Denzel Hill, murder (two counts), amended to facilitation to commit murder, pleaded guilty, recommended five years each; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; sentencing Aug. 15.

— Ashley N. Whitley, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; violation of conditions of release, dismissed; sentencing July 18.
