The following criminal cases were resolved in Clark Circuit Court June 13, 2019, with Judge Jean Chenault Logue presiding.
— Denzel Hill, murder (two counts), amended to facilitation to commit murder, pleaded guilty, recommended five years each; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, recommended five years consecutive; sentencing Aug. 15.
— Ashley N. Whitley, theft by unlawful taking, pleaded guilty, recommended one year; violation of conditions of release, dismissed; sentencing July 18.

— Kyle Thurman, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated for two years, complete in-patient treatment.
— Justin B. Lockard, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), sentenced to five years concurrent, probated for five years with long-term treatment.
— Darrell Thomas Ritchie, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year; driving under the influence (second offense), sentenced to seven days, fined, 12-month license suspension.
