CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Clint Davis, 40, of 1009 Sewell Shop Road, was charged Wednesday with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.
Reports
— At 8:38 p.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to the Social Services office on Pioneer Drive concerning a past assault.
— At 10:29 a.m. Tuesday deputies were called to 3575 Wades Mill Road concerning a stolen trailer.
— At 1:53 a.m. Wednesday, deputies were called to 766 Dogwood Lane concerning a stolen vehicle.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 1:56 p.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1480 Amster Grove Road.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to 12 general medical calls, two overdoses and one stroke.

Charged
— Barry Wayne Smith, 42, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

— At 1:49 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning a stolen bicycle.
— At 2:19 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 127 Lindberg Ave. concerning an assault. Barry Wayne Smith was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.
— At 1:55 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen gift card.
— At 4:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called t o 508 College St. concerning a domestic disturbance.
— At 9:06 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St., concerning a recovered stolen bicycle.
— At 10:08 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 221 College St. concerning an assault.
— At 10:11 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 255 Cook Ave. concerning the theft of a handgun from a vehicle.
— At 11:16 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 194 Wabash Ave. after someone broke into a vehicle and slashed the tires.
