Reports

— At 12:52 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 3598 Jackson Ferry Road concerning packages being delivered which the caller did not order.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to four general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, one stroke and one obstetric case.

— At 11:38 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 21 First St. It was a false alarm.

— At 6:14 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 140 Hubbard Road. It was a false alarm.

— At 7:43 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 21 Bel Air Drive for a vehicle fire.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Jason D. Carter, 22, was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property.

— Michael David Grimmett, 20, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Robert M. Turner, no age given, was charged Thursday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.

— Larry E. Warner, 29, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.

Reports

— At 1:22 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 26 Seaboard St. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 3:35 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 160 Magnolia St. after tires on a vehicle were cut.

— At 4:04 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 161 Stevenson Heights concerning an assault.

— At 5:18 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 147 W. Broadway St. after two tires on a vehicle were cut.
