Conkwright students host wax museum

John F. Kennedy, Walt Disney, Harriet Tubman and more infamous historical figures made a pit stop at Conkwright Elementary School Wednesday.
Third-grade students put on costumes and went into character during Conkwright’s Living Wax Museum as several students and members of the community wandered the gym.
Museum-goers pushed a red button on their hand, and the character would come to life, giving a detailed description of their history and importance.
