CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Steven Hatmaker, 49, of Lexington, was charged Friday with no registration plate, no registration receipt, no insurance, no proof of insurance, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and second-degree possession of a controlled substance.
— Emily Hatton, 25, of Jeffersonville, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence (second offense), no seat belt, possession of marijuana and reckless driving.
Reports
— At 12:55 p.m. Friday, deputies were called to 3950 McClure Road concerning a stolen trailer.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— During the weekend, EMS personnel responded to 28 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases, one diabetic case and six overdoses.
— At 6:57 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Atrium Place and West Lexington Avenue.
— At 9:14 a.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 101 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.
— At 2:07 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Bypass Road and Pedro Way.
— At 7:37 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 160 Magnolia Ave. for a tree that knocked down power lines.
— At 9:15 p.m. Sunday, firefighters were called to 114 Gary Court for a vehicle fire.
— At 9:52 p.m. Sunday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 201 Washington Square. It was a false alarm.

— At 1:50 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Van Meter Road.
— At 6:55 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Irvine Road.
— At 8:22 p.m. Friday, firefighters responded to a fire on Muddy Creek Road.
— At 10:47 p.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Hood Avenue.
— At 4:46 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Iron Works Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Jason D. Crain, 50, was charged Friday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license.
— Martha O. Goodloe, 42, was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substnace, possession of marijuana, prescription controlled substance not in proper container and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Travis M. Kemplin, 37, was charged Sunday with theft of a motor vehicle registration plate, failure to maintain insurance, driving on a suspended operator’s license and was served two warrants.
— Keithyon Reginald Nelson, 26, was charged Saturday with first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
— Alyssa ann Nord, 30, was charged Saturday as a fugitive from another state.
— Darion Lee Sims, 24, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault and fugitive from another state.

— At 7:55 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 26 Church Alley concerning a theft of keys.
— At 9:41 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 44 Oliver St. concerning a man exposing himself to people at the caller’s residence.
— At 10:36 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 152 Strode Station Circle for a fight in progress.
— At 11:39 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 127 old Bottom Road. concerning missing medication.
— At 1:37 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to225 Oxford Drive for a report of gunshots. Keithyon Reginald Nelson was arrested and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
— At 2:27 a.m. Saturday officers were called to 137 E. Broadway St. concerning an assault.
— At 10:45 a.m. Saturday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 11:59 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 118 Magnolia St. concerning a stolen credit card.
— At 2:12 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1480 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault. Darion Lee Sims was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault and fugitive from another state.
— At 7:19 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 1017 W. Lexington Ave. concerning an assault.
— At 9:45 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to 144 Holly Ave. concerning an unattended child walking in the street.
— At 8:23 p.m. Sunday, officers took a report concerning a stolen wallet.
— At 8:24 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 2 Elizabeth St. concerning a theft from a yard sale.
Accidents
— At 6:57 p.m. Friday, officers responded to an injury accident on West Lexington Avenue in which a car stopped abruptly in front of two motorcycles. Roger Barber was ejected from his motorcycle after he struck another one, driven by Kyle L. Lacy of Stanton. Barber was transported to the University of Kentucky Medical Center with an injury to his head.
