WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, two respiratory cases and one overdose.

— At 2:11 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 101 North Court for smoke in a residence. It was caused by food on the stove.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Amber Ruby Jean Jones, 34, was charged Monday with theft by deception and was served a warrant.

— Alexis L. Livingood, 20, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Reports

— At 12:01 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 11 Maryland Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.

— At 3:14 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Brown Proctor Apartments, 108 S. Main St., concerning a theft of cash from an apartment.

— At 7:47 p.m.. Monday, officers took a report concerning the theft of a credit card and car keys.

— At 8:31 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 20 Carol Road concerning a theft.
