CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Richard Ball, 50, of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, was charged Monday with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended operator’s license.
— Charles R. Early, 22, of 2346 Colby Road, was charged Tuesday with failure to wear seat belt, no insurance, no registration receipt, driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license and possession of a revoked operator’s license.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Tuesday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls, two cardiac cases and one diabetic case.
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 10 general medical calls, one respiratory case and one seizure.
— At 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to 30 Wheeler Ave. for trash cans on fire. The fire was extinguished.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Caleb Levi Mitchell, 22, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended operator’s license.
— Christopher Charles Skinner, 37, was charged Tuesday with second-degree burglary.
— Maria Perez Feliz, 38, was charged Wednesday with endangering the welfare of a minor.

— At 10:21 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 206 Breeze Hill Drive after landscaping was damaged.
— At 10:26 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 1430 W. Lexington Ave. for a harassing communications complaint.
— At 1:18 p.m. Tuesday, offices took a report for a harassment complaint.
— At 7:02 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 50 N. Main St. for a domestic disturbance.
— At 7:42 p.m. Tuesday, officers took a report concerning an unauthorized purchase on the caller’s bank account.
— At 7:09 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 201 Prescott Lane concerning an assault.
— At 10:11 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 326 Market St. after someone tried to break into a residence.
— At 11:10 a.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a stolen cell phone.
— At 1:34 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning a person making threats.
— At 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report concerning harassing communications.
— At 3:54 p.m. Wednesday, officers took a report for an emergency protection order.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 6:34 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 699 Railroad Lane.
— At 9:31 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lasalle Drive.
— At 5:10 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to Veterans Memorial Parkway and Irvine Road for a garbage fire.
— At 7:29 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding on Constitution Drive.
