CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 7:34 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to Water Works and Becknerville roads for an investigation of a smell in the area.

— At 9:58 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to seven general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one stroke and one seizure.

— At 5:09 .m. and 7:33 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to alarms sounding at 1221 Bypass Road. Both incidents were false alarms.

— At 9:26 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 675 Rolling Hills Lane. It was a false alarm.

— At 9:57 p.m. Thursday, EMS personnel responded to a motor vehicle accident near the 91 mile marker on Interstate 64.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Isaiah Combs, 34, was charged Thursday with second-degree promoting contraband, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and was served a warrant.

— Jason Alan Crosswhite, 39, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault.

Reports

— At 12:02 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 1109 Dale Drive concerning a the theft of a cell phone from the Campbell Junior High baseball field.

— At 11:42 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 493 Hidden Hills Way concerning a stolen bicycle.

— At 12:10 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 5 W. Broadway St. concerning a domestic disturbance. Jason Alan Crosswhite was arrested and charged with fourth-degree assault.

— At 2:29 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a harassing communications complaint.

— At 3:21 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 24 Cook Ave. after someone broke into a truck and took a drill set.
