Stafford, first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years; first-degree fleeing or evading police, dismissed; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to seven years concurrent; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, pleaded guilty, sentenced to seven years concurrent; receiving stolen property – firearm, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent; no operator’s license, dismissed; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Andrew Phillips, first-degree burglary, amended to second-degree burglary, pleaded guilty, recommended six years, sentencing May 16.

— Howard Tudor, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended one year each consecutive; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed; sentencing May 16.

— Carol Ratliff, theft by deception, sentenced to five years; theft of identity without consent (six counts), sentenced to one year concurrent; fraudulent use of a credit card, sentenced to one year concurrent; unlawful access to a computer, sentenced to five years concurrent; trafficking in stolen identifies (four counts), sentenced to five years concurrent.

— James Robert Conner, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (four counts), sentenced to five years concurrent; violation of conditions of release, dismissed.

— Clayton Hicks, second-degree escape, sentenced to two years and one day, probated for three years with long-term treatment.

— Robert Kenneth Washburn, second-degree escape, sentenced to two years and one day.

— Eric Johnson, flagrant non-support, sentenced to two years and one day.

— Justin J. Raglin, first-degree wanton endangerment, sentenced to two years and one day; convicted felon in possession of a firearm, sentenced to two years and one day concurrent; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed.

— Robert Mason Still, second-degree escape, sentenced to one year, probated for two years with long-term treatment.

— Alfred R. Deaton, theft by unlawful taking over $500, sentenced to one year, probated for two years.

— Angela M. White, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, sentenced to one year, probated with long-term treatment; tampering with physical evidence, concurrent sentence; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, concurrent sentence.

— Gerald Lee Andrews, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (two counts), sentenced to one year consecutive, probated for five years; contempt of court, dismissed.

— Gerald Lee Andrews, fraudulent use of a credit card, sentenced to one year, consecutive to previous case, probated for five years; first-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; contempt of court, dismissed.

— Crickett Moore, first-degree criminal abuse (two counts), amended to second -degree, pleaded guilty, recommended five years each, two years to run consecutive for total of seven years; first-degree assault, dismissed; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing May 16.

— Jeffrey S. Williams, complicity to first-degree criminal abuse (two counts), amended to complicity to second-degree criminal abuse, pleaded guilty, recommended one year concurrent, diverted for three years; complicity to first-degree assault, dismissed; sentencing May 16.
