CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Shane Smith, 46, of 7 Holly St., was charged Thursday with no operator’s license, theft of a registration plate, no insurance and was served two warrants.
— Lola Eversole, 40, of 11705 Irvine Road, was charged Friday with first-degree possession of controlled substance, first-degree promoting contraband, second-degree fleeing or evading police and was served a warrant.
— Kevin Slone, 47, of 213 Moss Circle, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault.
— Christine Slone, 41, of 213 Moss Circle, was charged Saturday with fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest
Reports
— At 9:30 a.m. Friday, deputies were called to 1410 Combs Ferry Road concerning the theft of a handgun from a vehicle.
— At 2:22 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 901 Big Stoner Road concerning a person making threats.
— At 6:44 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 745 Wayland Drive considering a theft of a router and a battery charger.
— At 7 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 213 Moss Circle for a domestic disturbance. Kevin Slone and Christine Slone were arrested for fourth-degree assault.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— From Thursday through Sunday, EMS personnel responded to 52 general medical calls, four cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, one seizure and three overdoses.
— At 12:30 p.m. Saturday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 415 Magnolia Ave. It was a false alarm.

Charged
— James Elbert Curtis, 33, was charged Sunday with tampering with physical evidence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and was served three warrants.
— Heather Renee Mahan, 34, was charged Friday with public intoxication, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, theft by unlawful taking and public intoxication.
— Rogers K. Skaggs, 30, was charged Sunday as a fugitive from another state.
— Daniel M. Soloway, 29, was charged Friday with driving on a DUI-suspended operator’s license, one headlight and no tail lamps.
— Matthew Dylan Stacy, 25, was charged Friday with alcohol intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.
— Michael Shane Walden, 40, was charged Sunday with giving an officer false identifying information and receiving stolen property.
— Amber Dawn Whalen, 29, was charged Friday with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 6:36 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 105 Andover Drive concerning an assault.
— At 10:45 p.m. Friday, officers were called to 104 April Way concerning a stolen donation jar.
— At 5:43 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to Speedway, 39 S. Maple St, concerning a theft. Heather Renee Mahan was arrested on multiple charges.
— At 7:33 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to 3 Memorial Park for an investigation.
— At 2:29 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to 3 Sycamore St. after someone broke into a residence and took items.
— At 1:30 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 109 Sycamore St. concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 4:21 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 110 Pepperwood Court for a property damage complaint.
— At 4:47 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 4 Sycamore St. after a shotgun was found in the back yard.
— At 6:35 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 369 E. Washington St. concerning a person making threats.
— At 6:41 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to 226 Winn Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 11:58 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 7501 Iron Works Road.
— At 7:30 p.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 2395 Crowe Ridge Road.
— At 8:38 p.m. Friday, firefighters were called to 5199 Schollsville Road for a brush fire.
— At 10:12 a.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at Old Boonesboro Road and Fontaine Boulevard.
— At 12:49 p.m. Saturday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 910 Cabin Creek Road.
— At 11 a.m. Sunday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 479 Red River Road.
