CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Reports

— At 9:38 a.m. Thursday, deputies were called to 350 Grimes Mill Road after someone used the caller’s personal information to obtain credit cards and make purchases.

Accidents

— At 10:19 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road in which a vehicle driven by Samantha Crawley of 510 Edison Court was traveling east on Rockwell Road. Crawley said another vehicle pulled out in front of her. She swerved to avoid it, lost control and sideswiped another vehicle, driven by Rebecca K. Lopez of 504 Edison Court. Lopez said it appeared Crawley was trying to pass the other vehicle at a high rate of speed. Lopez’s vehicle spun around and stopped in the road while Crawley’s went off the road and struck a telephone station. Crawley and Lopez were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries.

WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 15 general medical calls, one respiratory case, one seizure and one overdose.

— At 10:23 a.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road.

— At 12:57 p.m. Monday, EMS personnel responded to an injury accident at Mount Sterling and Goose Creek roads.

— At 8:49 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 1465 W. Lexington Ave. It was a false alarm.

— At 10:16 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road. It was a false alarm.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 10:32 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident on Rockwell Road.

— At 12:58 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an injury accident at Mount Sterling and Goose Creek roads.

— At 10:11 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a carbon monoxide alarm sounding on Locust Grove Road.

— At 10:15 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Fountain Circle Health and Rehabilitation, 200 Glenway Road.

— At 11:32 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Wayland Drive.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Dana Ray Dunn, 48, was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree wanton endangerment and was served a warrant.

— Joshua Jeffrey Durham, 36, was charged Monday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

— Tony M. Riggins, 42, was charged Monday with third-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Reports

— At 12:52 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 353 E. Broadway St. for an investigation. Tony Riggins was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 4:54 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a theft from a storage unit at Winn Avenue Storage.
