Building a legacy: As weather improves, work continues at Legacy Grove

Construction workers planted trees, spread grass seed, paved the walking path and more this week at Legacy Grove park on Lexington Avenue.
On Friday, a Youth Design Team that assembled and gave input on the play area of the park will get a sneak peek of the park, located at 1107 W. Lexington Ave., on a construction tour. The Youth Design Team was one part of the many discussions and committee meetings to gather input from nearly 200 Clark County residents about how to repurpose the land where the former community hospital once stood.
