Michael Jackson See, 75, widower of Mary L. See, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at the VA Medical Center in Lexington.

A native of Winchester, KY, he was born on January 2, 1944, to the late Luther and Reba Stone See. He was a welder, life member of NRA, BASS, AmVets, American Legion, Vietnam Veterans of America, Winchester VFW Post 2728 and Winchester Elks Lodge. Additionally, he was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church, a United States Army Veteran and recipient of the Bronze Star and the Air medal in 1968. 

Survivors include six daughters, Susan Townsend, Christine (Michael) Nelson, Britt See-Benes, Mindy (Travis) Kinsell, Tiffany (Patrick) Durbahn and Lyly See; one son, Luther J. See; three step daughters, Deborah Qualls, Jeanetta Roberts and Lynn Horn; one sister, Susan (Linville) Snowden; one aunt, Betty Hollon; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.

Services will be at 11:00AM, Friday, April 5, 2019 at Scobee Funeral Home by Father Frank Brawner. Pallbearers are; John Swaggart, Dwayne Martin, Kim Wedgeworth, Jay Little, E. Ray Heflin, Keith Adams, Dale Davis and Don Aldridge. Honorary Pallbearers are members of Winchester Elks Lodge # 2816 and VFW Post # 2728. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. 

Visitation will be from 10:00AM until time of service of Friday.

In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Winchester VFW Post 2728, 116 Sterling Street, Winchester, KY 40391 and/or Elks Lodge #2816, 255 Shoppers Drive, Winchester, KY 40391.
