— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to eight general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case and one seizure.

— Brandon Cole Riddell, 21, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

— Cera Roop, 19, was charged Monday with fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Reports

— At 12:31 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 58 N. Main St. for a domestic disturbance. Brandon Cole Riddell and Cera Roop were arrested on multiple charges.

— 4:26 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 245 S. Main St. concerning a theft.

— At 8:18 a.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a cell phone which was returned without its SIM card.

— At 9:36 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 225 S. Highland St. concerning a stolen license plate.

— At 10:23 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 140 Boone Ave. concerning a theft of items from a car.

— At 11:57 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 118 Crawford Ave. concerning damage to a vehicle.

— At 1:56 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1467 W. Lexington Ave. concerning a theft of an iPad.

— At 4:04 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a dispute concerning a cell phone.

— At 5:17 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 5 Jackson St. concerning juveniles who damaged a fence and broke bottles.

CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— At 6 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at Boonesboro and Old Boonesboro roads.
