WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, three respiratory cases and one diabetic case.

— At 10:32 a.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Mimosa Drive.

— At 2:38 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Oil Springs Road.

WINCHESTER POLICE

Charged

— Robert Franklin Griffett, 50, was charged Monday with theft by unlawful taking and tampering with physical evidence.

Reports

— At 10:28 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 27 E. Washington St. concerning an assault.

— At 11:10 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 878 Bypass Road concerning the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

— At 11:47 a.m. Monday, officers were called to 960 Interstate Drive concerning a stolen wallet. Robert Griffith was arrested on multiple charges.

— At 3:34 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a stolen van and other property.

— At 7:17 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning distribution of explicit images.
