— Billy Jack Bowles, first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, recommended two years; second-degree persistent felony offender, dismissed; sentencing March 14.

— Frank Faulconer Rayburn, second-degree arson, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 10 years; first-degree wanton endangerment, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.
— Jennifer L. Young, flagrant non-support, sentenced to one year, diverted for three years.
— Ronald G. Wood, second-degree robbery, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years, probated for three years.
