William “Tommy” Thomas Rupard, 81

William “Tommy” Thomas Rupard, 81, widower of Loretta Robinson Rupard, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Bluegrass Hospice Care Center.

A native of Clark County, KY, he was born on October 18, 1937, to the late Oliphant and Grace Barker Rupard. He retired from Bundy Tubing, where he worked for 30 years and the Clark County Road Department after 15 years. Mr. Rupard was a lifelong farmer and a member of Kiddville Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Doug (Vicki) Rupard and Tim (Connie) Rupard; three daughters, Katrena (Ronnie) DeVary, Renee (Pete) Netherly and Jill (Alan) Isham; grandchildren, Logan (Emily) Rupard, Lance Rupard, Ashley (David) Blanton, Miranda (Wes) Harrison, Bridget DeVary, Brittany (Dustin) Brown, Andrew (Rebecca) Donaldson, Jared (Nicole) Donaldson, Noah Isham, Courtney Isham, Mathew Isham, Shawn (Leslie) Netherly and Samantha (Bryce) Ratliff; two sisters, Beulah Martin and Helen Hamilton; 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by siblings, Virgil Harrison and Lorraine Baker.

Services will be at 1:00PM, Monday, February 25, 2019 at Scobee Funeral Home by Bro. Steve Evans. Burial will be in the Winchester Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. 

Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00PM, Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Scobee Funeral Home.
