CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— George Harris III, 39, of 165 Turkey Creek Lane, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary.
Reports
— At 4:20 p.m. Monday, deputies were called to 1510 Van Meter Road for a burglary in progress. Nicholas R. Ritchie was arrested and charged with third-degree burglary.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 11 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case, two seizures and one overdose.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:21 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an injury accident near the 91 mile marker in Interstate 64.
— At 5:44 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 105 Colonial Park Drive.
— At 7:21 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a structure fire at 8388 Iron Works Road.
— At 6:56 p.m. Thursday, firefighters were called to 1291 Creek Path Lane for an investigation.
— At 9:45 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Old Boonesboro Road.
— At 3:56 a.m. Friday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call on Lexington Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Michael Shane Walden, 39, was charged Thursday with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.
Reports
— At 9:41 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 316 Jackson St. concerning a possible assault of a juvenile.
— At 2:15 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 600 Bypass Road after a window was broken on a vehicle.
— At 4:09 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report for a property damage complaint.
— At 4:26 p.m. Thursday, officers took a report concerning a person allegedly trying to raise funds in the name of Upward basketball.
