Financial Peace classes offered

Calvary Christian Church will host Financial Peace classes each Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the churches campus at 15 Redwing Drive. Classes will be taught by Brad Hacker. Childcare will be provided. For more information, call 859-351-6495.

Food pantry at First Baptist

First Baptist Church, 37 N. Highland St., will open a food pantry in partnership with God’s Pantry from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Saturday at the church. The pantry is open to those in need and for donations from the community. For more information, call the church at 744-6624.

Services at Salem Church at Pine Grove

Services at First Presbyterian

— Services at First Presbyterian Church, 130 Windridge Drive, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Worship will be lively and traditional. Come dressed casual or formal, but more importantly, come expecting to be moved by the Spirit. Sunday school classes for children, youth and adults begin at 9:30 a.m. Sundays. — Chili dinner and bake sale fundraiser, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15, at the church, 130 Windridge Drive. Meal include chili, saltines, beverage and cookie for $9. Bake sale will include various fresh-made items like bread, cakes, pies, cookies, brownies and more. Eat in or take out offered and local delivery available for order more than $36.
