WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Monday, EMS personnel responded to 16 general medical calls, one cardiac case, one respiratory case, two seizures and one overdose.
CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Reports
— At 4:30 p.m. Sunday, deputies were called to 1785 Cabin Creek Road after a house was struck by a bullet.
— At 8:30 a.m. Monday, deputies took a report concerning a possible identity theft.
— At 1:32 a.m. Tuesday, deputies were called to Save-A-Lot, 755 Ecton Road, after two males damaged a window and attempted to remove an automated teller machine.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 2:10 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to 24 Fontaine Blvd. for an investigation.
— At 6:22 p.m. Monday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 16 Redwing Drive.
— At 2:21 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters were called to Stuff Recycling, 6169 Lexington Road, for a smell of smoke in the area.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Justine Jes Donohoe, 29, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Donte L. Jordan, 30, was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— Jonathan Samuel Stanley, 33, was charged Monday with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.
Reports
— At 1:34 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 256 April Way after a firearm was taken from a vehicle.
— At 2:49 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 250 Oxford Drive for a harassing communications complaint.
— At 3:41 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning a counterfeit bill.
— At 4:39 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 350 N. Maple St. concerning a theft. Jonathan Samuel Stanley was arrested and charged with public intoxication and theft by unlawful taking.
— At 5:17 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 124 Abbeywood Court concerning an assault by a juvenile.
— At 5:42 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 222 E. Washington St. after two people broke into a residence. Justine Donohoe and Donte Jordan were arrested for first-degree criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia.
— At 7:30 p.m. Monday, officers were called to 1607 Bypass Road concerning a forgery complaint.
— At 11:50 p.m. Monday, officers took a report concerning three people who broke into the caller’s residence, assaulted one person and left with cash.
