CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Michael Seawell, 37, of Atlantic Beach, Florida, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence and failure to maintain insurance.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 19 general medical calls, three cardiac cases, three respiratory cases, one stroke and one seizure.
— At 1:17 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident at Maple Street and Madison Avenue.
— At 3:19 p.m. Wednesday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 337 W. Washington St. It was a false alarm.
— At 12:04 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at Beverly White Towers, 4 N. Maple St. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 8:59 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters were called to assist EMS personnel with a call at Clark Regional Medical Center.
— At 9:07 a.m. Wednesday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with a call at 405 Nick Lane.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Homer Looney, 63, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault, terroristic threatening, first-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication.
Reports
— At 8:48 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to Westwood Drive after someone stole money from a coin-operated dryer.
— At 9:09 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 20 Jackson St. concerning a theft of a video game system, games and other property.
