CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF
Charged
— Jamie Sosby, 32, of 3653 Lexington Road, was charged Wednesday with no registration plate, driving under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, driving on a suspended operator’s license, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, failure to notify state of address change and possession of drug paraphernalia.
WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS
— On Wednesday, EMS personnel responded to 13 general medical calls, one cardiac case, two respiratory cases, one seizure and one obstetric case.
— On Thursday, EMS personnel responded to 14 general medical calls, one cardiac case and one stroke.
— At 10:28 a.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to an alarm sounding at 100 Winchester Plaza. It was a false alarm.
CLARK COUNTY FIRE
— At 1:53 p.m. and 5:36 p.m. Thursday, firefighters assisted EMS personnel with calls on Lasalle Drive.
— At 6:26 p.m. Thursday, firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Venable Road.
WINCHESTER POLICE
Charged
— Shannon L. Riley, 44, was charged Thursday with driving on a suspended operator’s license, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— At 12 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 120 E. Lexington Ave. concerning the theft of a 48-inch television.
— At 2:03 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 225 Redwing Drive concerning a gift card scam.
— At 6:38 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 21 N. Main St. concerning a theft of tools and other items.
— At 8:53 p.m. Wednesday, officers were called to 15 Lincoln St. after someone broke into a residence and stole a television, a DVD player and jewelry.
— At 12:02 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 201 N. Main St. after a woman was bitten by a dog while she rode a bicycle.
— At 8:50 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 151 Winn Ave. concerning a stolen vehicle.
— At 10:33 a.m. Thursday, officers took a report for a terroristic threatening complaint.
— At 11:48 a.m. Thursday, officers were called to 121 Cross Brook Lane concerning a theft.
— At 12:28 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 452 Wellington Way after a trumpet was stolen from a vehicle.
— At 6:26 p.m. Thursday, officers were called to 111 Tyler Banks Court for a DVO violation.
