Nettie Pearl Allen won the costume contest as a rodeo clown Wednesday at the Clark Regional Medical Center.

Snow White and the seven dwarfs won the group costume contest Wednesday at the Clark Regional Medical Center Halloween celebration. The hospital also hosted a pumpkin decorating contest as part of its Halloween festivities.
