— Joseph Wayne McCarty, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), pleaded guilty, sentenced to  one year; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent; second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 180 days concurrent; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 180 days concurrent; public intoxication, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; fraudulent use of an ID Card, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years; tampering with physical evidence, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years concurrent; first-degree persistent felony offender, pleaded guilty, dismissed.

— Christopher D. Poole, first-degree criminal abuse, amended to second-degree, pleaded guilty, recommended four years, sentencing Sept. 20.

— Matthew K. Houston Jr., trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) (three counts), pleaded guilty, recommended 10 years concurrent; convicted felon in possession of a handgun, pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), pleaded guilty, recommended five years concurrent; sentencing Sept. 20.

— Stacy Gail Schellig, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin), pleaded guilty, recommended five years; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, dismissed as merged; sentencing Sept. 20.

— Stacy G. Schellig, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, recommended one year, concurrent with previous case; possession of drug paraphernalia, pleaded guilty, recommended 30 days concurrent; sentencing Sept. 20.

— John Rodgers, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Barbara A. Wood, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; first-degree promoting contraband, pleaded guilty, recommended two years and one day concurrent; sentencing Sept. 20.

— Billy Gross Spicer, complicity to knowingly abuse or neglect of an adult, pleaded guilty, sentenced to five years probation.

— Chuck G. Webb, second-degree criminal abuse, pleaded guilty, sentenced to three years.

— Ernest M. Snowden, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year, probated for two years with drug court completion.

— Arthur Bangs, first-degree fleeing or evading police, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year; first-degree wanton endangerment (two counts), pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent; first-degree criminal mischief, pleaded guilty, sentenced to one year concurrent.

— Bertha Lee Parker, probation violation, stipulated to violation, sentenced to one year.

— Angela L. Litteral, trafficking in a controlled substance (heroin) (two counts), pleaded guilty, recommended three years each, to serve consecutively, sentencing Sept. 20.

— Michael Sean Tuttle, probation violation (two counts), stipulated to violation, sentenced to 30 days each.
