CLARK COUNTY FIRE

— On Tuesday, firefighters responded to a possible motor vehicle accident on Interstate 64. The accident was in Montgomery County and the run was canceled.

Charged

— Brandon Scott Adams, 29, was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— Nicholas Lee Almenas, 27, was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence, first-degree wanton endangerment and endangering the welfare of a minor.

— Betsy L. Bailey, 30, was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana.

— Melissa J. Dunn, 42, was charged Tuesday with alcohol intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

— Khaled Hamarsheh, 38, was charged Tuesday with no or expired registration plate, reckless driving and driving under the influence.

— At 8:29 a.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 5 Wainscott Ave. after someone broke into a building.

— At 12:23 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 16 Memorial Park after a bicycle was stolen.

— At 3:36 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to Walmart, 1859 Bypass Road, concerning a theft. Brandon Adams was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

— At 5:25 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 4 W. Washington St. for a domestic disturbance.

— At 6:48 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 15 Lindberg Ave. concerning a theft.

— At 10:04 p.m. Tuesday, officers were called to 21 Third St. for a domestic disturbance. Nicholas Lee Almenas and Betsy Bailey were arrested.
