William Elwood Everman, Jr., 61

William Elwood Everman, Jr., 61, husband of Vickie Lynn Barrett Everman, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. A native of Winchester, KY, he was born on November 10, 1956, to Francis Bailey Everman and the late William Elwood Everman, Sr.

He worked in construction for 46 years, starting at age 15 with his father, and currently owned and operated W.E.E. Construction. Mr. Everman enjoyed classic car shows, all of his toys, the color red, and working hard to provide for his family.

In addition to his mother and loving wife of 41 years, he is survived by two children, Jillian Everman Brinegar and William Elwood Everman III; three grandchildren, Autumn Lynn Brinegar, Winter Rhane Brinegar and Chloe Elizabeth Everman; two sisters, Carla Everman and Connie Pasley; one brother, Monte D. Everman; mother and father-in-law, Benton and Patty Barrett, Sr.; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-law’s.

He was preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law, Earl Allen Pasley.

Services will be at 11:00AM, Wednesday, June 27, 2018 by Pastor Lee Cruse. He will be laid to rest at his home on Two Mile Road in Winchester.

Pallbearers will be Benton Barrett Jr., Chris Barrett Jr., Chad Barrett, Dain Everman, Christopher Barrett Jr., Chad Barrett Jr., Brett Ricketts and Ben Barrett. Honorary pallbearers will be Detective Howard Frick, Vernon Becraft, Richard “Dickie” Easterling, William C. Everman, Thomas Martin and Kevin Warner.

Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00PM, Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Scobee Funeral Home.
