WINCHESTER FIRE-EMS

— Over the weekend, emergency medical services responded to 38 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, four respiratory cases, two diabetic cases, two seizures and two overdoses.

— On Monday, EMS responded to 13 general medical calls, two cardiac cases, one respiratory case, one diabetic case and one seizure.

— At 6:04 p.m. Friday, fire-ems responded to a motor vehicle accident at the 98.5 mile marker on Interstate 64 east.

— At 1:04 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 1221 Bypass Road.

— At 8:26 a.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a  false alarm sounding at 1221 Bypass Road.

— At 5:28 p.m. Monday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 30 Wall St.

— At 12:32 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 4000 Corporate Drive.

— At 12:34 a.m. Tuesday, firefighters responded to a false alarm sounding at 2005 Fortune Drive.

CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF

Charged

— Michael Rose, 42, was charged with no operator’s license Sunday.

— Benjamin Gillis, 22, was charged Monday with driving under the influence (first offense), reckless driving, speeding 25 miles over the limit and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

— Mary Watson, 50, was served a warrant Monday and charged with no or expired registration plates, failure to maintain insurance and failure to transfer.

Reports

— At 10:28 a.m. Thursday, officers responded to 89 Fitch Ave concerning a theft with a total stolen value of $870.

— At 12:25 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to a rear end collision on Interstate 64 west. No injuries were reported.

— At 5:55 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a single vehicle collision on Insterstate 64 west. Officers found the driver snoring upon arrival at the scene of the accident. EMS personnel administered 2 mg of Narcan to the driver. The driver was transported to Clark Regional Medical Center for a possible drug overdose, but was not injured in the accident.

— At 8:26 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 114 Albany Lane concerning property damage. The complainant said she parked her vehicle outside of her home and about an hour later came outside to find her rear passenger side window was shattered.

— At 11:50 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to 2130 Muddy Creek Road concerning theft with a total stolen value of $500. The victim stated someone took about 50 steel stakes that were sitting outside next to his residence.

— At 3:14 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 509 Acadia Way concerning second-degree burglary. The victim reported a 32-inch TV was stolen.

— At 9:26 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 570 Van Meter Road Winchester Shell concerning stolen gas. The complainant said he turned on the gas pump for a female who is a regular customer and they pumped $56.32 of unleaded gasoline into a four-door sedan. After pumping gas, the vehicle took off out of the parking lot west on Rockwell Road.

— At 9:27 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to a non-injury single vehicle accident on 164 W. The vehicle involved collided with a deer around the 101 mile marker.

— At 8:08 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to 104 Mimosa Drive concerning a report of stolen property. The victim said a weed-eater valued at $50 was stolen.

Charged

— Brian Joseph Adams, 41, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

— Earl Lynn Byrd, 37, was charged Saturday with first-degree criminal trespassing.

— Cody Curtis, 22, was charged Sunday with improper equipment and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

— John Critton Dyke, 59, was charged Saturday with public intoxication and second-degree disorderly conduct.

— Angela Kay Hall, 48, was charged Sunday with no or expired registration plates, driving on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and failure to maintain insurance (first offense).

— George Cecil Harris, 56, was charged Friday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

— Dale Edward Larson, 54, was charged Sunday with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Randall Mason Maney, 31, was charged Saturday with driving on a DUI suspended license (first offense) and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (second offense).

— Anthony Nash, 44, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.

— Kimberly D. Plowman, 44, was charged Friday with contempt of court, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), alcohol intoxication in a public place, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

— Deonte Kesean Skinner, 27, was charged Saturday with alcohol intoxication in a public place, possession of marijuana and third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

— Sandra Lee Tate, 63, was charged Saturday with public intoxication of a controlled substance.

— James K. Thomas, 47, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and was served a warrant.

— Christopher Lane Wells, 37, was charged Saturday with no or expired registration plate, failure to maintain insurance and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

— At 10:58 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 350 N. Maple St. concerning a domestic disturbance in which a female suspect allegedly attempted to stab her boyfriend. Kimberly D. Plowman, 44, was charged with contempt of court, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), alcohol intoxication in a public place, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

— At 10:58 a.m. Friday, officers responded to 101 Holly Ave. concerning criminal trespassing.

— At 12:19 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 149 Linden Ave. concerning possible drug activity.

— At 2:01 p.m. Friday, officers responded to the area of Maple and Washington streets concerning a domestic dispute.

— At 3:10 p.m. Friday, officers responded to 27 E. Washington St. concerning possible drug activity.
