Campbell sweeps Bourbon

Campbell Jr. High boys and girls soccer both left Bourbon County victorious. The girls started the double-header first and defeated Bourbon 3-1. The boys followed conquering Bourbon 6-0. Both teams will play a friendly match against each other at Justice Elementary on Thursday, April 19 starting at 6 p.m.
The game will be played as a charity event for their teammate Hunter Cooper who has been unable to participate with the team this season. Entry is $5 which includes a hot dog, chips and a drink. The team with the most fans will be rewarded by being able to pie the other team’s players and coaches in the face.
All proceeds will go to #TeamHunter. League play will begin again on Tuesday, April 24 on the same field starting at 5:30 p.m. against LCA.
